Bill Paul Charcut

Bill Paul Charcut, CPM®, CCIM serves as a Principal for Orion Property Group, LLC. Bill is responsible for the supervision of retail, office and multi-family properties, interacting with ownership entities, supervision and motivating regional personnel, review of all annual budgets for the properties and Orion Property Group and for strategic direction for the company utilizing the Orion core values and principals. Bill’s career in property management spans over three decades were Bill has worked for national real estate firms whose focus was on multi-family construction, financing and property management with his multi-state portfolio which contained both conventional apartments and student housing. In 1993, Bill founded The Neighborhood Group a full service property management and brokerage company where he supervised commercial properties and directed the sales and investment brokerage departments. Bill received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas. Bill is a licensed broker in two states, holds the Certified Property Manager, CPM®, Certified Commercial Investment Manager, CCIM® and Real Property Administrator, RPA® designations. Affiliations include the Institute of Real Estate Management were Bill is the past president of the Kansas City chapter, Director, Heartland Apartment Association and the Kansas City Apartment Association.

Michael Napovanice

Michael Napovanice serves as Principal and President for Orion Property Group, LLC. Michael is responsible for strategic planning and growth of the company as well as oversight and responsibility for all financial and management functions including corporate and property finance, accounting, brokerage, asset management, property management, human resources and risk management. Michael also holds brokers licenses in several states and is very active in brokerage of multi-family and commercial assets. Michael’s career in property management and accounting spans over twenty years. Michael received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance and Japanese from Rockhurst College. Affiliations include: on the Board of Directors of the Heartland Apartment Association, Kansas City Apartment Association and the other organizations in Kansas City brokerage community. He does serve and has served on the advisory boards of several Banks, Financial Institutions and other Brokerage Companies throughout the United States.

Nicholas J. Moos

Nicholas J. Moos, CPM®, serves as a Principal for Orion Property Group, LLC. Nicholas is responsible for the direction of property management personnel and interacting with ownership entities, hiring, supervising and motivating personnel, reviewing and implementing new management policies, reviewing annual budgets, development of new training programs for on-site personnel, development of marketing plans for under-performing assets and setting goals for the property management department. Nicholas’ career in property management spans nearly three decades, beginning in Lawrence, Kansas where Nicholas received a Bachelor and Master’s degree from the University of Kansas. He has held Regional Vice President Positions with national companies such as McNeil Real Estate and Archon Residential and Director of Operations positions with local Kansas City firms, Cohen-Esrey Real Estate and Price Residential Management. Nicholas received the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation in 1996, is Past President of the Kansas City chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management and was its CPM of the year in 2004. He has represented this group at numerous national conferences as well as legislative events in Washington, D.C. Past affiliations include the Board of Directors of the Heartland Apartment Association and the Institute of Real Estate Management, Kansas City Chapter.

Shandan Magee – Chief Financial Officer

Shandan’s role is to lead and participate in all financial and management operations of the company including reporting, cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. She oversees the monthly accounting closings to insure timeliness, accuracy, completeness and compliance with corporate policy and our Client’s needs. She is responsible for establishing, monitoring and enforcing company policies and procedures with her staff and the property management division. Shandan reports direct to the President of the Orion Property Group.

Richelle Johansen – Human Resource Coordinator

Richelle works closely with all levels on management to implement the company’s human resource/payroll policies and procedures. Responsibilities include creation and maintenance of the employee records, oversees the payroll, compensation and benefits administration and works Chief Financial Officer on new trends and cost savings.

Peggy Rieger – Senior Lead Accountant

The main focus for Peggy is the supervision of the account payable department for the Chief Financial Officer. She oversees the department to insure payables are coded correctly and our clients, along with our properties and other companies accounts payable are accurate. She is also responsible for several property financial statements during the month end process. Peggy works directly with the properties and our clients to fulfill their needs and insure consistent accounts payable policies.
